Glazing

In Glazing there are many type.

Curtain wall

The curtain wall façade does not carry any dead load weight from the building other than its own dead load weight. The wall transfers horizontal wind loads that are incident upon it to the main building structure through connections at floors or columns of the building. This is also called as Dry Glazing as there is no use of silicon in this system. Glass is mechanically hold between Aluminum Section from out side and inside and compressed with Epdm. This is preferred by Architects where they want to give solid and bold look as sections are visible between glasses.

Semi Unitized Curtain wall Systems

Semi unitized curtain wall consists of a Aluminum transom & Mullion main frame supported on to the wall. a sub frame duly glazed is fixed over the Main frame work with a fixing cleat.

Unitised Curtain Walling Systems

‘Unitised’ Curtain Walling differs to the traditional stick system in that the majority of ‘Installation Section’ of the Project Program is undertaken off site. Instead of fabricated lengths of extruded profile to be put together on site, followed by the glass / panels, we deliver to site fully assembled glazed panels from the factory in ready to install condition. Major advantage of this system is its very fast installation, No Scaffolding Required, Fast installation etc.

Spider Glazing

A spider glazing is a flexible medium. One can create a variety of designs for canopies and frame-less entrances as per the need and requirement. This glazing solution comes with a swarm of glass hardware fittings that can be customized according to the need and the thickness of the glass. Transparency Spider glazing offers maximum transparency and ensures entry of natural light to the building interiors. Therefore, spider glazing curtain walls are widely used to provide day light to commercial buildings. Being visually attractive, they are also used to create quality building skins. Since they are available in unique designs and allow brightness optimization they are a number one choice for canopies, curtain wall and atriums.

Dynamic Glazing

This is the form of glazing where the façade is not static like other forms and gives some motion in respond to natural wind, light etc. Due to its motion effect it catch attention and make project a landmark.
